now and then....

nurin's brutal murder is still fresh in our mind...and now rekha, 10 year old pupil follow the same fate (hopefully not..). she was believed to be out alone to buy vcd (parents...please la learn from nurin...) and was not back home till midnight. his step father lodge police report and now the mother who is working during the incident is going crazy..if you look at both faces, they have similarities (mamak face..anak mami). poor girl..but parents..please 100x remember, don't let the predators caught our girls first. be alert. GIRLS are not meant to be alone! nurin's murderer is still at large probably laughing by seeing this traumatic news. please don't keep quiet and buat dono on this serious matter..dunia dah nak kiamat. take care of your posession with all your heart. never ever neglect it even one second..

I still remember growing up in my mother's kampung in negeri sembilan, roaming the whole kampung from house to house, paying with all the kids all the kampung fun games all day long. There was no fear back then, incidents like these were unheard off. Everyone knew eeveryone and a perants could never lose a child as they would always be informed where their child can be found by someone or rather. Those were the days. I pity children now days, they don't have the freedom to experience such life like we had back in the good old days. I shiver to think what life would be like when my children will be growing up.

I continue to pray for the soul of Nurin, may she rest in peace. I pray for the safe return of Rekha.

Hi mamalove, ikut cerita, Rekha beli VCD dan tenguk di rumah jiran sebab rumah dia letrik pun tak ada. Sekarang dia dibawah jagaan Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat.

I read your post about Nurin. Do you know that there are a group of bloggers calling for the setting of the NURIN Alert to help save missing children alive. Please join the Citizens for NURIN Alert (CFNA)in calling for the system. Read about NURIN Alert in the latest issue of TELL magazine available in all bookstores. It's for the children as we don't want another Nurin ever again.

thanks a lot....i read her stories and clearly she's a fan of tamil movies..

bout nurin alert (series of US's amber alert) is a good move..the only issue, our mind have to be continuously reminded on this method. Amber alert must have its way to inculcate the habit of being nosy to other people's business (not all business..but being sensitive to sound and action esp. when it involves children). Since Nurin's case, I always have bad feeling on the sound of crying children..esp that lasted for more than 5 minutes..what happened?
